Yoran Bosveld

Yoran Bosveld is a graduate from the Hotelschool The Hague - International University of Hospitality Management were he in 2011 received his Business Administration in Hotel Management (BBA.HM). During his studies he has done multiple international internships focusing on management and overall quality improvement within the hospitality industry. After having developed a genuine interest in HR, people and the upcoming IT industry Yoran decided to shift his career into recruitment and joined Darwin Recruitment as an IT recruitment consultant were he managed to learn the 360 aspects of agency recruitment, working his way up from IC moving into management having won several awards along the way while working in different industries he than decided that it was time for change. In 2016 Yoran decided to start Yoressential, a recruitment consultancy that has a focus on the corporate side of recruitment offering tailor made recruitment solutions to help scale companies in a way that suits them best.
