Charalampos attained his M.Sc. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, with a specialization in Electronics and Computer Science, in November 2004 from the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece.He consequently joined the Software Technology post-graduate program of the Stan Ackermans Institute at the Eindhoven University of Technology, the Netherlands.
Having successfully completed his studies, in September 2007 he attained the title of Professional Doctorate in Engineering. His graduation project was entitled "Integration of Philips Motiva into the Dutch and German National Healthcare Infrastructure."
Owing to this project and other sideway activities, he has grown as an expert in HL7 v3, CDA, Web Services and the integration in national healthcare infrastructures.
